Itinerary:
After picking you up we start our tour from Acropolis which is an ancient citadel located on a high rocky outcrop above the city of Athens and contains the remains of several ancient buildings of great architectural and historic significance, the most famous being the Parthenon.
We continue with the Hadrian’s Gate which spanned an ancient road from the center of Athens to the complex of structures on the eastern side of the city that included the Temple of Zeus.
Next to Hadrian’s Gate is the Temple of Zeus which is a colossal ruined temple in the center of Athens that was dedicated to Zeus, king of the Olympian gods.
The Panathinaikos Stadium, also known as the Kallimarmaro (meaning the “beautifully marbled”), is a multi-purpose stadium used for several events and athletics in Athens that hosted the first modern Olympic Games in 1896.
Our next sight is the Parliament where we are going to see the changing of the guards. It is preformed by Evzones, the name of several historical elite light infantry and mountain units of the Greek Army.
Moving on to see another interesting part of Athens we pass by the Athens Trilogy, consisting the National Library of Greece, the Athens University and the Academy of Athens. Great architecture monuments which are also an important part of Greek cultural heritage.
From the Trilogy, we are heading toward Lycabettus Hill which is the highest point of Athens where we are going to view and capture the most beautiful pictures of the city.

Plaka is the old historical neighborhood of Athens is our next sight, clustered around the northern and eastern slopes of the Acropolis, and incorporating labyrinthine streets and neoclassical architecture. It is built on top of the residential areas of the ancient town of Athens and It’s known for the archaeological sites. In ancient time, in this area was the shopping center “Ancient Agora” which we are going to visit it. In Plaka, you are going to have also the chance to shop souvenirs or having greek traditional food. At the end, if you are interested in Museums we continue with the National Museum or Acropolis Museum.
